Research direction | This is a compulsory experimental class of the freshmen in their first semester, learning unit includes introduction of microscope, ecology, animal occurrence and development, cell biology, biochemistry, microbiology observation and culture, and molecular biology. These are the foundations of each category in life sciences which can assist students to understand more and explore their areas of interest. Every student in the classroom can operate an Olympus upright and dissecting microscope by themselves. Besides, the operations of fluorescence microscope, confocal microscope, and electron microscope will be taught and visiting Brain Science Center is also in the syllabus. |
